This “network structure” allows us to provide the high level of local knowledge and support that our clients count on, while at the same time maintaining flexible, client-friendly pricing and doing away with risky retainers and other fixed fees.
Tony Aggarwal
Director
Tony brings nearly 30 years’ experience in international business development, having held senior positions in large, medium and small businesses. Since its founding in 2005, Tony has led Kinetic Cubed to becoming a well-respected trade development consultancy, managing the global team and working with public and private sector clients from across ten markets.
Bill Jones - In remembrance
Director
In May 2005 Bill joined forces with Tony and Mark to form Kinetic Cubed Ltd, where he worked as one of the co-founder Directors until he suddenly passed away in March 2022. He was a very highly valued and regarded member of the team who could be relied on to keep projects on track and support his colleagues through his organisation and diplomacy skills. Bill, was a good man and is very sadly missed within Kinetic Cubed and the wider international trade community.
Mark Beresford
Director
Mark is an international business development and technology specialist. He enjoys working with globally ambitious tech companies, cities, regions and universities to build international trade, attract inward investment and commercialise new technologies. Mark’s specialities include lead generation, location marketing, market intelligence, and innovation management.
Mike Rundle
Senior Consultant
Mike is an international trade specialist with experience across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and North America. He offers expertise in packaging, labelling, IP protection, logistics, marketing, partner selection, and export growth, backed by a strong global network in financial and legal sectors. Since 2022, he has supported nearly 100 Welsh SMEs in expanding into international markets.
Rose Moraiti

Rose is an international business development expert with experience in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. She specialises in market expansion, market analysis, strategy development, trade missions, event management, and connecting businesses, academia, and government to drive growth in the food, beverage, and FMCG sectors.
