Case Studies:-
1. UK Regional Development Agency: Mapping and Strategy Study of the Regions International Links
This project examined regional international links including HEIs, corporates and diaspora leading to potential inward investment and international business opportunities. It involved identifying and then profiling the regions' existing international linkages and recommending a forward looking improvement strategy and action plan. The outcome was a much deeper understanding of how the region could strengthen existing and establish additional international links of a world class standard in order to deliver enhanced regional economic impact and wealth creation.
2. UK Regional Development Agency: Research into Sub Sectors and Lead Generation from India
A research and marketing led, inward investment lead generation project in India. This involved detailed research of high value, knowledge based Indian sub-sectors, emerging business models and value chains. It targeted Indian investors in internationalising industry sectors (primarily ICT, Pharmaceutical and Automotive), who were interested in expanding overseas and setting up in the UK. It generated a number of positive leads for the region from India and helped them build their India capacity and capability.

Research, qualification of leads and lead generation targeting Indian European Headquarters in London with potential expansion plans to invest in the European market.
